Problem:
BOI had an existing database which acted as a largely text based recording tool. They needed a tool to process collateral (i.e. monitoring/workflow and document production) integrated with a collateral database.
Solution:
The SAM solution suited the BOI requirements. They took the software "out of the box" but the big challenge was the migration of the existing collateral data to the SAM structures. Using a series of data cleanse tools and migration methods this was achieved and hundreds of thousands of collateral items were migrated. |
