Rockall won this business in the face of competition from both a UK based imaging / workflow supplier and AIB internal IT. Before being awarded the contract to supply AIB, Rockall were subjected to a 6 week scrutiny by AIB. All software and management aspects of Rockall were investigated.

Problem:
AIB needed a tool to process collateral which tightly integrated with their exisiting collateral database.
Solution:
Without affecting AIB's existing infrastructure SAM was integrated into the back office environment. SAM takes automated instructions from the branch network and electronically kicks off the collateral process. |
