Rockall Services

Rockall can provide all the services required to implement SAM on a customer site. From customisation, data migration, systems integration and implementation we provide the full range of services. We can also supply consultancy and training in workflow and configuration.

Customisation

SAM has an architecture which allows for customisation. This will give the customer most of what they want while still using the same core software as other customers. This means the customer can avail of product upgrades while retaining their own view of the product.

Data Migration

Invariably a customer will have some sort of collateral database before the introduction of SAM. Rockall will provide the tools for migrating this data to the SAM structures.

Installation/Implementation

Rockall can either supply the installation instructions or actually carry out the implementation ourselves.

Integration

SAM can be installed as a stand alone product. SAM has been installed in a number of institutions tightly integrated with the existing banking software systems. Receiving and responding to instructions, integration with customer databases and loan information databases have been the main integration points to date.

Training

SAM is a highly configurable product. Configuration is typically the area that requires most training. After this, training for standard use of the software and consultancy services in monitoring/workflow definitions is then provided by Rockall.
