The Collateral Solution can act as a business loan administration tool which deals with the post approval administration tasks of a secured loan up to the “paid up” stage of the loan. The solution can produce (fully user configured) multi product business facility letters incorporating product details, security/collateral and conditions. After this the solution is used to track and control pre-disbursement activities such as producing security/collateral related documentation or legal instructions, perfecting most security/collateral and measuring the satisfaction of credit conditions.
