Northern Bank acquired SAM and quickly adapted the monitoring/workflow features of the product.

Problem:

Northern bank had recently centralized their collateral processing management and were trying to run a department of 25 people using manual procedures.

Solution:

SAM was installed, all manual collateral was recorded and now Northern have a vary streamlined process driven department.
